What is meditation?

Most of time we are either thinking about the past or future but very rarely we stay in this present moment. Meditation is the art of staying in this present moment and doing our day to day actions with full awareness.

In simple words, Meditation means to be more aware of our actions, thoughts, feelings and emotions.

  • Your Body gets Deep rest- you will be able feel by your lower heart rate, and reduced work load of the heart.

  • Reduction of free radicals- unstable oxygen molecules that can cause tissue damage.
  • Improved blood pressure.
  • Drop in cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is associated with cardiovascular disease.
