Panic attacks are short, sudden and come along with deep anxiety. The symptoms of panic attacks are very similar to intense fear. Panic disorder is a term that is used when the pains seem to happen unexpectedly and excessive anxiety about panic attack takes place.

The fight or flight response is the body’s response to perceived threat or danger.This happens when the person is in physical danger.That can also be actuated even if when there is no real danger.The major reactions of fight or flight response are-

There are two worksheets for panic attack and anxiety and  -

  1. worksheet 1   will help you to identify different types of  response or anxiety or panic attack symptoms . DOWNLAND IT
  2. worksheet 2  will help you to monitor those symptoms intensity,  frequency and duration as well. DOWNLAND IT


Anxiety or Panic Attacks Symptoms are-

1.Acceleration of heart and lung action.

2.People might change their behaviors in those situations such as avoidance or feared situations.

3.Acceleration of instantaneous reflexes.

4.You will be negatively assessed by the other people for the general belief strengthened by thinking responses.

Although panic and fear can be similar.The term panic attack refers to a inrush of intense fear.It can take place under a many conditions-

1.Panic attack happens to those who has panic disorder and it happens unexpectedly.There is large amount of distress about having future panic attack.

2.People with phobias may also have chance of panic attacks in case of feared situation and or object.

3.Many people with panic disorder have sleeping panic attacks, which might mean just one or a few attacks, or regular episodes of panic attacks at night for a long time. Overall, however, attacks that occur during sleep account for only a small proportion of all panic attacks
