we develop our base of  self esteem in Our early ages of  life,  or when we were kids. And self esteem activities for kids are best to be in the form of entertainment and games to catch the attention of our children.

What’s your thoughts on it –

By the way, is there any computer games for kids? Or is there any self esteem games for kids?

Hi July – .. Yes i agree with you too !

I know about one site, there are some computer games and those are self esteem games. Those are for all ages but not just for kids .

According to their claim .. the negative thought patterns, that sometimes produce insecurity, might be changed by playing their computer games just for 5 minutes every day and they are saying so after doing some research . , you can visit the site

Anyway, beside computer games, there are few self esteem games for kids to improve confidence among themselves for instance one of the game called Bean game. Below you can know more about bean game. (I thought you might like to know..)

Self esteem game for kids : Bean Bag Game

This will help you assess your child’s image of himself or herself and at the same time you can enforce positive opinions to your child. The beanbag game is one of the most effective self esteem activities for kids.

Step1 : drawing

For the beanbag game you will need a poster board, preferably a large one, and draw a 3 x 3 matrix on it. In each square, you write or draw the different aspects of your child’s life on each square of the matrix.

For example you can write or draw a school to represent the school life of your child. You can write or draw a representation of parents to signify relationships. Be creative and try to address the more important issues.

Step 2 : speaking about the drawing

Lay your poster board on the floor and give your child a beanbag. Let him or her toss it on the poster board and see where it lands. If it lands in the school box, let him or her to tell you about school – opinions, events, and feelings toward the school. This also applies to the other squares.

After your child finishes his or her discussion, it is your turn to toss the beanbag. If it lands in the school, you tell your child all the things about school that makes you proud of him or her. It could be a quiz that he or she aced, or it could be for always waking up early so as not to be late

Step3: repetition

Do this cycle again and again until you finish all the squares.

I hope above letter will be helpful .. :  )

and  like to here from you more  about your family and your kids ……

wish you, all the best wishes in this summer… take care.
