Whatever the situation , he or she can do better and   or at least think of having better self esteem. A lot of people nowadays are afflicted with the condition called low self esteem and – anyone and everyone are at risk. If someone has been affected by low self esteem, now is time for a self esteem treatment plan to improve his or her confidence level and self worth. Now we are gooing to know some of the plans-

  • Plan Number One

For self esteem treatment plan number one, the main focal point is mainly on the physical and physiological aspect of the person. If you think that self esteem only pertains to the mind, then it will be wrong. The physical aspect of a person plays a very important role in developing a good level of self esteem that is why physical should be included in the self esteem treatment plan as well.A very good example of this would be body odor. If you do not take care of yourself and your body and you release smelly scents, you will not feel comfortable to be with other people. Or people will definitely avoid you. When this happens, generally you develop low self esteem. From this example, you can easily see how taking care of your body does help in the improvement of one’s self esteem.It is a cyclic process if you lead a unhealthy life you may suppress your esteem and in turn your activity will reduce and then you fell more bad about. As much as possible try to avoid unhealthy habits and vices.

  • Plan Number Two

In the self esteem treatment plan number two the psychological aspect will now be the center of attraction. Since having low self esteem is usually the effect of something negative, all you have to do is to switch it to something positive. How can you do it, mindfulness or meditation or prayer, I personally recommend meditation or prayer as it brings it cools our mind and we can think rationally. For instance, if you think of yourself as somebody who is worthless, you should think that you are valuable instead. It is true that will be difficult to convince yourself this if other people are saying otherwise. However, if you can’t believe in yourself that you are valuable, how will other people see you? You need to start somewhere and that somewhere is with you. Once you start to learn to value yourself, other people will start valuing you too.

  • Plan Number Three

Self esteem treatment plan number three is for worst case scenarios. If you or friends and family can’t help you boost your confidence and self esteem, it is now time to ask for the help of a professional. You may go out and seek for the help of a counselor or somebody who specializes in these matters. It is important however that you are doing this on your own accord and that you really are determined to improve your self esteem.you can take online therapy also.
