There are mainly two ways to elevate self esteem. First One is the sense of self-worth garnered from yourself about the things you’ve skilled, and the other is the appreciation of others about what you are, or for what you’ve accomplished. activites that build self esteem deal mainly with how you praise yourself, and the positive effect this has on you. If you don’t learn to appreciate yourself and give credit to yourself for what you’ve done, then you can’t really think that highly of yourself, and you can’t judge the level of your self-worth accurately.

If you feel good about being skilled at a certain activity or field of interest, you can always have a nice feeling knowing that you gained all those skills that you have through hard work on your part. But you shouldn’t limit yourself to just one aspect of life. A good example of this is when for example you have talent in singing and know it, but you don’t feel confident about dancing. That’s because you probably expect that you should have a similar level of skill in other respects. But even though you’re not as talented in other things, you can still feel good about yourself.
One good example of activites that build self esteem that you can do for yourself is do lot of as if thing- think or imagine your self as you are respected good enough and having a high value to your family and society. Try this whenever you are free- do this kind of as if thing after waking up in the morning , before sleep any time anywhere . the more your imagination is good and colorful your getting self confidence on yourself is more.
